Adjustment, contact and inspection
Flat oat polyester straps give this adjustable halter a clearly readable structure for everyday supervised leading. A metal crown buckle sets the upper length, an adjustable noseband changes the lower circumference and a throat clip allows the headcollar to be opened without treating every adjustment as an entry point. The lower ring accepts an appropriate lead attachment; a lead is not included in the product. Pony, Cob and Full are the available formats, but those names cannot determine whether a particular head is accommodated. Begin with a well-fitting existing halter and compare its adjustment position. On the horse, confirm noseband placement and clearance at the cheek, jaw and ears before using the ring for handling.
Polyester webbing is a sensible consideration when your priority is a straightforward cleaning routine and clearly visible strap edges. Remove dried dirt gently, use the supplied care instructions for washing and let the entire headcollar dry before enclosing it in storage. Check the buckle, clip, ring and stitched junctions for damage rather than judging condition by colour alone. Choose this version when you want adjustment without a padded contact lining, or compare the fleece and neoprene alternatives if a different surface is your reason for buying. This halter has no declared breakaway feature, and it is not advertised for unattended turnout. Tying and transport arrangements need their own safety assessment; neither an adjustable noseband nor a metal clip supplies that approval by itself.
