Equipment enquiries / Order desk

Bring us the fit question, not just the colour

Saddle coverage, headcollar adjustment and cleaning routines are easier to discuss when the equipment details are clear. Contact THE EQUINE MARKET LTD in Wales about the product and format you are considering.

Useful details, fewer guesses

A saddle-pad enquiry should identify the saddle type and where your current pad finishes relative to the flap. Explain any shifting, bunching or contact with the binding, without assuming a different fabric will resolve it. We can clarify catalogue construction and attachment details; a photograph or written measurement alone cannot replace an appropriate saddle-fit assessment.

For halters, describe the present crown and nose adjustment and whether the buckle or slider has usable range left. Tell us which lining you prefer and how the item will be cleaned and dried. For aftercare, name the material and the issue you observed before applying a treatment. Availability, UK delivery charges and payment arrangements are confirmed through the order-review process rather than promised by a contact response deadline.
