Payment Policy

1. Review before payment

Checkout on this site is an order-request form, not an immediate payment gateway. Review the product, the format and the quantity before you submit. THE EQUINE MARKET LTD confirms availability, the agreed item amount, the UK delivery charge and any applicable tax treatment before giving payment instructions. Prices and confirmations use pounds sterling.

Do not send payment-card numbers, security codes or banking credentials in the contact form or in order notes. A request alone does not mark an invoice as paid and does not reserve stock.

2. What is confirmed

1. The goods and the selected format match the request, or any change has been explained.
2. The amount in GBP includes the items and the delivery charge that applies to the confirmed method.
3. Any applicable tax treatment is stated before you are asked to pay.
4. The payment method and the due date are written in the confirmation. They are not assumed from a card logo on the website.

If a quoted amount or a specification changes, we explain the change and seek agreement before payment proceeds. We do not silently substitute an item or collect an unagreed amount.

3. How payment is taken

Accepted payment methods are stated with the confirmed proposal. Any card transaction must take place through a protected third-party gateway. This website does not store card details. Receipts or invoices identify the confirmed goods and the amount.

A business customer who needs company billing details should supply them before an invoice is prepared. A corporate invoice does not remove applicable consumer protections when the purchaser is acting as a consumer.

4. Checks and discrepancies

Reasonable verification may be needed where order details, payment identity or delivery information appear inconsistent. We request only relevant information, and we do not ask you to send a full card number by email. Contact [email protected] promptly if a payment appears duplicated, an invoice differs from the agreement, or a refund is overdue. Quote the reference and the amount.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights. A cancellation refund includes the standard outbound delivery amount where the law requires it, and not an extra charge for an upgraded service you chose. We normally use the original payment method unless another method is agreed without a fee. We refund within fourteen days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier, where that statutory timing applies.
