Does a pad correct an unsuitable saddle?
No corrective effect is claimed for these pads. They provide the described textile construction and outline. Persistent movement, rubbing or pressure marks call for an appropriate saddle-fit assessment rather than an extra layer chosen online.
Are leads included with the halters?
The halter products include their described straps, fittings and attachment ring, not a separate lead. Select and assess the lead arrangement independently. No unattended-use or breakaway approval is implied by the ring or material.
Can I request delivery elsewhere in the UK?
Provide the complete domestic delivery address and postcode at checkout. The available method, charge and expected timing are checked before the order is confirmed. Overseas fulfilment is not offered as a standard catalogue promise.
What if the selected format is unsuitable on arrival?
Keep the goods clean during a reasonable indoor inspection and contact us with the reference. For most online goods, UK cancellation rights allow notification within fourteen days of receipt and return within a further fourteen days. Faulty-goods rights are separate.
