1. The seller

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate customer information. The registered office in Wales does not establish free local delivery, a walk-in counter or collection without prior agreement.

2. Catalogue and formats

The catalogue offers saddle pads and halters with the described materials and selectable formats. Product photographs illustrate construction. Colour can vary by screen and light. A format label is not a statement of universal compatibility, and a breed name or photograph does not prove that a pad or halter fits a particular horse.

• Compare the pad outline with the saddle, check the girth-loop position and leave the spine channel free.
• Halter material does not establish a breakaway action. These halters are not for unattended turnout.
• Ask before you order if fastening, care or format is uncertain. The Size Guide and Fit & Care pages set out the checks.

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Stock, pricing or technical errors may still occur. If an error changes the proposal, we explain it and let you choose whether to proceed. We will not silently substitute an item or collect an unagreed amount.

3. Order requests

Checkout submits an order request. It does not itself accept an order or take card payment. Availability, the selected format, the UK delivery charge, any applicable tax treatment and the payment instructions are reviewed before acceptance is confirmed in writing.

1. You choose the format and quantity and send the request.
2. A request reference records receipt. It is not a stock reservation and not acceptance.
3. We confirm the goods, the amount in pounds sterling and the delivery arrangement.
4. The order is accepted only when that confirmation is agreed.

Do not enter card numbers or banking credentials in the form. Payment is described in the Payment Policy.

4. Delivery, cancellation and faults

UK delivery depends on the confirmed address, method and timing. Overseas shipping is not a standard offer. Unless a different period is agreed, the usual thirty-day consumer delivery rule and the remedies for delay continue to apply. Risk in consumer orders generally remains with us until you, or a person you nominate, take physical possession, subject to the exception where you independently arrange the carrier. Most online purchases by a UK consumer can be cancelled within fourteen days after the day the goods are received, with a further fourteen days to return them. Faulty or misdescribed goods have separate remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the qualifying thirty-day short-term right to reject. Nothing on this website removes non-excludable consumer rights, or liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The steps are in the Returns Policy.

5. Website content and changes

Website text and original visual presentation may not be reproduced commercially without permission except where the law allows. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and optional storage under the Cookie Policy.

We may update these terms for future visits. A change does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an accepted order. These terms are subject to applicable UK law and do not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory protections or from bringing proceedings in an eligible local court.

Questions and complaints go to [email protected]. Quote the order reference where you have one. Reasonable handling and the stated use of the equipment remain important: unsupported uses, including leaving a halter on an unattended horse, are not approved by a catalogue description.
